Keeping On Track

Hey Everybody! So, I just completed a six week "biggest winner" competition at the local gym. I'm a 49 year old, stay at home mom. My favorite hobby, family history research, exercises my mind, but alas, not my body.
My biggest problem (beside my weight) is being realistic. It will never come off fast enough for me, and I'm struggling about being happy with the results so far. So, while I work on my weight and fitness, I am also working on the "crazy talk" in my head
Here's what happened in the last six weeks:
Pounds -19
Shoulder - 3”
Chest - 2.25”
Abdomen - 2”
Hips - 2.35”
Thigh - .38”
Calf - .56”
Body fat - 1.4%
I've got a long way to go, but I'm hoping that keeping track on MFP while away from my exercise group will help keep me focused.
