Carbonated Water! Replaces pop so wonderfully. At first I used 1 oz of fruit juice to make it taste better, but now I love it just plain!

Anybody else have something that helps you cope when all you want is something unhealthy?

    When I am craving chips I eat a serving of triscuts with some garlic and herb laughing cow cheese on them. Super good and stops my salty crunchy craving. Today I even added a slice of cucumber on it.

    100 calorie items!!! hahaha..sun chips, kit kat,sour cream and onion chips...whatever....They are EXACTLY what I need. I look into a 100 calorie bag of chips and think..omg..THAT'S 100 calories....how much did i eat before???? It actually grosses me out a bit to think about it!hahaha..and THAT keeps me on my toes and makes me realize how bad I was to my body before.....Plus i get to eat the bag or chocolate or whatever, get my fill of junk food and move on knowing i dont actually need an entire bag of chips....that little bit fixes my craving and prevents me from going mad because I am not depriving myself so there is no need to relaps!!
