another "only one day" problem

Anyway, my issue with the only one day mentality is that when you have blended families, you end up eating more than one dinner for each holiday. For example, I will be celebrating Thanksgiving both on Thursday and on Saturday. Ever see the movie "Four Christamses?" That's my life. I end up eating at my in laws, then eating with my mom's family, eating again with my dad's family, and don't even think about showing up and not eating. You might as well not show up, because Grandma's feelings will be hurt if you don't eat her food.

So, I will probably still go overboard, not track, and just have a jolly good time with my holidays, but there probably won't be any weight loss again until February.
