Hello, I am over 50 and loosing weight is a new game now compared to my younger days. A very busy work schedule also leaves me too exhausted when I come home to add excersize to my daily routine. HELP, I know I have stuggles, but this newly added Muffin top has got to go!t

Start out slow, maybe a short walk after work for 15 minutes.

Before you know it, you'll start building new found energy and on most days, feel obligated to do some sort of exercise.

That was my biggest hurdle when I first got started, took me more than a year to get it through my head that I needed to move more, now I love walking, weight lifting, even running.

    Hi,
There are a lot of women who are in the same struggle. I know I am one of them. Check out groups and you will see one for peri- and post menopausal women. Great support and great ladies.
My choices of exercise are bike riding and walking. This summer when I decided to commit myself to getting fit I would have one of my daughters or husband drop me off several kilometers from home and then I would walk or bike home. I logged a lot of time and km that way. Now I have my daughter drop me and my bike off at work and I ride home three days per week, which is anywhere from 20-27 km depending if I have the energy to do the final 5 km which is up a small mountain.
Good luck and feel free to add me if you need more support.
    Cheers
