    i dont know about belly dancing but zumba is a great workout...the 2008 collection just came out on dvd www.zumba.com....zumba includes many types of cardio, dancing, everything...IM HOOKED! lol

    Try youtube...that way you can watch it for free and try it out before you go out and buy one. Instead of going out and buying a bunch of workout videos I just look them up on youtube, so when I get bored with one I can just do another.
