Oh MY :drinker: I don't remember the last time I had greens! your menu sounds YUMMY! what is "dark gravy"? and gingerbread stuffing,,,thats something I will have to try! I normally do cornbread stuffing - dad makes the best but since they are down south, I have to make it - which I didn't put on my list lol

So many traditional dishes! We went off a bit this year:

    Apps:
    Spinach-Artichoke Dip
    Bagel chips
    pumpkin seeds
    pomegrante
    baked apple chips
    chex mix (homemade)

    Drinks:
    apple cider
    xxx eggonog (alcoholic!)
    spiced beer (by a friend)
    soda, wine, other beer, etc

    Main:
    21 lb turkey
    butternut squash/apple/cranberry/walnut bake
    sweet potato/cranberry/mushroom risotto
    salad (x2 - other people)
    potato au gratin (other people)
    baked squash stuffed (other person)
    stuffed mushrooms
    herbed bread
    cornbread (someone else)

    Dessert:
baked alaska-flordia cake (baked alaksa in oranges)
    homemade marshmallows
    peanut butter & jelly cookies
krugen (it's like a cinnamon roll kind of)
    ice cream
pumpkin pie (someone else) with homemade whipped cream (Really easy to do!)

    Special:
flowers that make your mouth go numb & tingle

It was all fantastic - but man it's a lot of work every year!! We had 24 attending this time for all this food.
