Exhale Core Fusion

Well, I finally decided to try out (re-try actually) a purchase I made a few months ago. I had initially tried the Pilates dvd of the collection and found I couldn't keep with it for the first few minutes :-( Then I tried Physique 57, liked it, and decided to give Exhale another go. It's still early, but I really like it! Today was Body Sculpt, and it went pretty well :-) So much so that I decided to sell Physique 57 set that I have. Out of both programs, I'm leaning towards Exhale.

Currently, I only have Pilates Plus, Body Sculpt, and Thighs & Glutes. I'm considering buying Pure Arms & Abs and Lean & Toned.

Anyone else use their dvds? Any weekly program you use them in? I could use the suggestion(s) :-)

Hello! I just started using Core Fusion Power Sculpt and I must say, I LOVE it! From what I've read online, it follows the same format as the other DVDs, 5 different 10-minute sections. The Abs & Glutes segmet KICKS MY BUTT! I've incorporated that with jogging, alternating each one every day. Have you still been using yours?

I bought the 3 dvd collection of Core Fusion, and I just did the first half of the Pilates dvd- it was a good workout. I really like the Body Sculpt dvd, and will probably start rotating them again for this month. I stopped a little while with the workouts and monitoring food daily- my excuse is... I'm lazy and didn't feel like it. But to be honest, I realized I felt better when I worked out and ate right, so I'm going to try to make an effort to get back into my old & healthier routine.

For cardio I mainly use my Bellicon rebounder as it's easier on my knees and feet than walking/jogging, and I also can dance on it- so I modify my dance dvds to use with it :-)

There's a new compilation called Exhale Core Fusion 30 Day Sculpt ... this has 30! - 20 minute workouts. Some of the material overlaps, but this seems like a bargain. On my "wishlist." I love pilates & yoga.

I've been doing it for a few weeks as well, and really like the different approach. It's pretty amazing to me just how hard such small, controlled movements can be. What I generally do is strength training 3x a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), Tuesday is one of the Core Fusion DVDs, Thursday is power yoga, Saturday is whatever I feel like I didn't get around to during the week (cardio, circuit, hiking), and Sunday is my active rest day (stress relief yoga).

I'm entering my Core Fusion workouts under pilates. I don't think the calorie burn is high, although the workouts just kill.
  • I also have the Core Fusion 3 DVD set, but am doing the 30 day challenge DVD. I LOVE it! After a few sessions I already see results. Maybe we should start a group?
