    Two workouts (5am & noon), each session 200 cals burned during cardio and strength training, 30 mins each session. I do this 5 days per week. Walk or rest on the weekend. Maybe throw in a P90X workout if I have any energy left.

    This evening i will be.....

    Running for 5 mins - 6mph :sick:
    Walking for 5 mins - 3.5mph
    Cross Trainer - 15 mins - Interval Training - Works my Bum :laugh:
    Rowing Machine - 10 mins - or as long as it takes to do 2 miles..:smile:

    Then ill do about 300 sit-ups n maybe some arm weights to finish off..:embarassed: Feewww

    I'll be nakered but i will have earnt myself 500ish more cals! whooppiiieeee :drinker:

    Today after work, I am going to run outside! I'm so excited! It's like springtime out there! I just moved, so I haven't run in this area yet. I'm going to go on Google maps and plan a route. But I'm going to run 4 miles.

    :sad: I dragged myself out of bed at 4:30 this morning and hit the Gym at 5. Jogged the indoor tennis courts to warm up for 15 min, Did 30 min of *kitten* kicking kick boxing, ran up the stairs for 15 min of weights, ran down stairs to outdoor tennis courts where I ran suicide drills with 5 other buddies for 15 min. Finished with 4 sets of 25 each crunches! Wooooo Hoooo! Another Great work out! :love: :wink: :laugh:

    I just joined so have not posted any weight lost, but will after weigh in tomorrow. I started working out like above 3 weeks ago. This is my starting weight from 3 weeks ago.

    30 min on my elliptical usually about 200-300 cal and the I am starting back on TheFirm DVD's I got for my birthday last year time to make good use of them they worked when I did them last time now I just need to keep up with them.

    Just a quick question does anyone know how I would count a DVD like The Firm it's cardio and light weight training all in one.
