Christmas? What Christmas?

Here's a challenge for those who are looking for great results and doing some serious training.
Over Christmas many of us go on leave or 'work through' with very limited hours at work, leaving more time to train.
Why not stop worrying about all those Christmas parties and get togethers this year and forget your indulgences by offsetting the party season with some great training during December?
I'm proposing 50 hours of training during December.
That's just over an hour and a half per day.
You can take it gently with a regular walk each day but you're always going to get more benefit from mixing it up and doing something challenging every few days.
Who's in? Give the silly season the bird and start January fitter than ever before!!
Who needs new years resolutions anyway??

Funny you should post this, as I had been thinking I should have more time for exercise over christmas. Maybe not 50 hrs but i will certainly aim to do the most I can. Am all so getting together some nice festive but healthy recipes.

I'm in bunny! An hour and a half is a lot, maybe too much but I'm gonna try. Great idea!
