Won Ton Dessert Cups
1 Won Ton Skin
1 Tablespoon Skim Milk
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Cut won ton skin into 9 equal squares.
Brush with milk.
Press each square into mini muffin tins.
Bake for 10 minutes (the cups will get crispy).
After cooling, you can fill them with whatever you want. I filled mine with cream cheese sweetened with Splenda and drizzled some with chocolate syrup. You can put cherry pie filling, strawberry jam, pudding, or anything else in these. I've also taken egg beaters mixed with bacon bits and made mini quiches with these. The sky is the limit with these. Just be sure to count extra points for whatever you fill the cups with.
