Over on carbs?

It seems like I'm always over by 20 - 50 carbs per day. Mainly because I eat oatmeal and an apple for breakfast and if I eat bread it's always 100% whole wheat, which seems to load on the carbs. Also, my Lean Cuisine meals have 40-50 carbs. Should I be concerned? Or no, since these carbs (from what I can tell) are the healthy ones?? Help, please.

  • personally I would try and keep my carbs down if that were the case.
