Just to track my macros and maybe find a workout partner

Just thought id use the website since I use the app to keep track of my macros daily and plan out my meals. I already workout 7 days a week, so might as well get the most out of my body by feeding it with the right amount of nutrients.

Also, in the process of getting my ACE certification to be a fitness trainer, so it helps to practice what you preach.

It would be nice to have a workout partner, however, I don't train like your average joe, but in the end its worth it!

    Welcome!! and yes i would love to be a workout partner, i really need a buddy on here that i can have help push me and i can do the same back and talk with, someone doing the same things, and i love working out i do it everyday either at the gym or i use my ps3 alot with different games like the zumba or the sports active 2, or the ufc personal trainer! add me if you wanna be friends :)

    I have a ps3 but I don't think id get a workout out of it using those workout games, plus my downstairs neighbor would probably complain about me too.

    I need a workout partner to help push me over my limits, like in terms of forced reps, because I think thats what is lacking in my training regimen. I mean controlled negatives are pretty good at damaging the muscle, but over a while your body really pays for overusing it. Anyhow, I have a set schedule for when I am going to be at the gym everyday, and I currently go to Gold's Gym, let me know if your interested.

    As for pushing you to your limits, well as long as your willing then I can help with whatever knowledge I have of lifting and nutrition!
