I'm sorry if you seen some of my pictures already, I just wanted to share some of the new ones too!!!! It really motivates me to take pictures and see before and after pictures. Course "after" isn't done though still got 60 more pounds to go!
I haven't stopped eating the things i love I just watch my portion sizes and use MFP every single day! And before i joined i lost 40 pounds but was at a Plataea for couple months till i started MFP then i started losing 11 pounds the first month then 9 pounds in 19 days...Going on the second month now with mfp its gong great!!! Working out is key! I work out 60 min a day..30 min in the morning and 30 that evening.
THANKS:)
Sorry the mirror is gross lol I really didnt know it was dirty till i took a picture haah its kinda hard to take pictures of yourself lol
I didnt need to change my work outs just used my stationary bike everyday and wii arm work outs during bike riding
Healthy Recipe i wanted to share. Cucumbers with tuna salad with olive oil mayo sprinkled with paprika and chives
I try to weigh myself once a month its less stressful and for me the results are better
I eat a lot of peanut butter and banana sandwiches lol almost every other day. I hope to use something other then jiff because it has bad oils but its been working out fine
