Bought a caramel cocconut square thing at second cup today, was wondering if anyone had any idea about how many calories would be in this.

    haha it was good, not use to all the sugar but sure hyped me up.
    its a coffee shop, a little fancier and expensive. lol than like dunkin donuts. kind of like starbucks

    That link is to a recipe for Coconut Caramel bars and has nutrition information on it.... No way to know EXACTLY what was in the one you ate, but close is better than nothing.
