New Goal Needed

I was very disappointed last week as I was 03kg/0.661lbs off hitting my first big goal of 20kg/44lbs. I was desperate to lose it this week as in all my attempts at weight loss I've never lost more than 20kg. I was a big off this week with my food and was between 0-200 cals over most of the week. Excepted a gain.

Just had my weigh in this week. Stepped on the scales and my first reaction was HOLY ****! Not only did I lose the 0.3kg but I lost 1.8kg/3.9lbs! OBLITERATED that goal for this week! I've now lost 21.5kg//47.3lb! SO, SO EXCITED! I've NEVER lost this amount of weight. It's also the lowest I've weighed in five years!

Next goal is a small one, need to lose 2kg/4.4lbs to get to my Jenny Craig halfway result. This means I can start having two days a week of 'my' food. I'm so looking forward to cooking! I also want to lose another 5.6kg/12.3lbs for January 6th (nationals. Coaching, not playing sadly :) My shirts came on Sunday and they're the tinest bit too tight so I really need to lose a bit of belly fat and I'll be fine. From tomorrow I'm back on 30DS (have training tonight) to get that down.
