Stuck at the same weight area for over 2 weeks

    Ok this is mental, but I actually hit my calorie goal for 2 days straight. And went over by 12 ish. Made sure I was eating enough protein...
    And I did weight training for 2 days straight (my muscles ache btw).

    But this morning I woke to finding I had dropped 1.5 pounds lol. I will monitor this till tomorrow to see if it stays off, but I was well impressed.

    Fantastic....!!!

    Don't forget to take a rest day between each weight session.... you may find that you get even better results on the scale.

    I am thinking of doing some cardio tonight instead. Cant decide between trying out the new "Fitness Evolved 2012" game on the Kinect. Or just some ol' fashioned crosstrainer lol
