Need support plenty of people want to sabotage it!

It's my second attempt to loose the weight this year. I lost 1 1/2 stone between January and march and got little support, in fact I found a few family members be quite nasty about it always reminding me I used to be bigger, but not in a good encouraging way it was more like like to say I'll always be that person.
Stupidly I sort of stopped dieting gradually and some weight has crept back on, but this time I'm going to do it. Rise above their unsupportiveness and do it for me.
But to be honest I am finding it hard and wouldn't mind a few friends to help me along the way whether that's people who are really motivating or people in the same type of situation as me.

hey emma... you dont need those people that sabotage your weighloss and unfortunately family seem to be good at that. My advice is pick some friends on here that are in the same mindset as you ... To start with I picked people with similar goals but have whittled down to a supportive group who comment regularly . FIgure out what works for you0

Don't let anybody put you down. You are losing weight for yourself and for nobody else. I am really sorry, that you didn't get the support you needed. It is always hard when all that matters to your family is your weight and instead of helping you they discurage you. When I call some of my family the first question is: how is your weight? Why did you gain blablabla...I just stopped answering it and that helped.
Feel free to add me and I will try to support you as good as I can and remember, never ever let anybody put you down. You can do it, you are doing it for yourself and all that matters is that you are happy.0 -
I'm sorry your friends and family are not supportive. That's all too common. But, the bottom line is you're the one responsible for your own health and well being and whether you win or lose the battle of your weight is up to you alone. It's easier for each of us to blame others for the rough spots we find ourselves in. And, while they may contribute to our unhappiness, we alone dig our own fox holes and we alone must claw out of them.
You do what's right for you and don't care about what others say or don't say.0 -
Hey emma, I feel your pain. My husband lately has been putting up road blocks to my goal. He is not at all supportive and is doing and saying things which are causing me to rethink my goal. I have decided to forge ahead and he will just have to live with the changes to food which are happening.
Please add me and hopefully we can help each other.0 -
Thank you I don't know why I find it so hard, my boyfriend started to loose weight at the same time so we both were supporting each other, he's lost 3 1/2 stone up to now and doing really well. He's come on here to help me too coz I don't see him much so he can see what I'm eating and doing to keep me on track.0

Hey Emma,
I read your profile, and firstly congrats on your engagement.
I believe in you, and you can do this. Not for them, but for you. You have the power, don't let them have it.
You CAN do this !0 -
Thanks
I know I am! I've already planned all my food today, I'm actually really looking forward to it now.
