Unexpected NSV

I have only lost 14 pounds in total, so kinda felt I wasn't really getting anywhere fast, but last night as I walked upstairs my trousers fell down while still done up!
Thankfully no-one was around to witness this unexpected Non-Scale victory, so this morning I tried on old jeans, and discovered I have gone from a UK 22 to a UK 18!!!

Brilliant. It's a great feeling isn't it. I've dropped from a 24 (uk) trouser to an 20. Top 22 - 18. Still more to go, but it's such a great feeling. well done you. Keep going the journey is worth it. even on the bad days.:happy:0
