Avo as a snack?

How good or bad is eating half an avocado as your mid-morning snack?

I also sometimes sprinkle a half a sachet of sweetener on it :-(

    It definitely fits. I am battling to reach my minimum calories for the day. Looking for healthy snacks to add to my daily diet.

    Are almonds okay? If so, how many?

    i have apple and almonds for a snack most days 1, apple and 15 almonds

    Sure, why not? If you're counting fat, remember that avocados will kick it up a little, but it's the good-for-you fat, so don't shy away just because of it. Just make a note if your fat seems a little high by the end of the day.
