    These are very motivational. I had to restart the program due to a knee injury (no working out) so I hope now to be all happy and healthy like everyone else on here. Great job everyone!

    Now, my photos may not be widely liked, and that's cool. But I feel the smaller girls may want to see. Please, if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't. And congratulations to you all, you're amazing.

    July 2011, 5'3" around 130 lbs. Was totally uncomfortable with myself as I've always been small:

    Not quite sure why your pics are not widely liked, but I think you look amazing. I would love to look like your after pic....scratch that...I would love to look like your BEFORE pic. Just saying you look great in both pics, and there is nothing wrong with getting the results you want even if other people don't agree with it.

    Left is today! Right (March 2012) may be a "healthy" weight but I definately didn't eat healthy. Trying to gain a bit back now & tone up anyway

    wow I love this thread, you all look amazing I wish MFP had a like or "well done" or "Awesome" button so I could like all the pics.
    Before and after pics are so inspirational I look at them when I feel like giving up. Keeps me motivated so one day I can post my own success story.

    As I've been scrolling through the posts, I've been thinking the same...'like', 'like', 'like'...so many inspirational stories :)

    You look lovely. My daughter has the same physique and also likes to maintain it. Ignore any criticism; although after reading posts on here, I'm sure you'll get nothing but positivity. You look great :)

    I love before and afters, they really inspire me. And yours! I'm considered "average to fit" and I am unhappy. I want to be in the "athletic" department. This is so inspiring to me, thank you!
