I finally made a collage! Before- 156 lbs, After-136 lbs.
Not to be rude but you didnt even need to lose weight when you were at 150ish.... but your beautiful either way just be careful you look very thin now almost too thin.again not being rude just honest
I am unable to see the picture so I am basing my response on her current profile picture, and in my opinion she looks amazing. I would use the word "FIT" not thin. I see muscle not bones.0 -

1800-2200 calorie diet

From FIT...to Prego Beast...and back! About a 15 month Span!
BEFORE PIC: was prob around 119-125 ish...
HW during Preg: 159 around DDay
FINAL AFTER PIC: 127.5 only have 2-5 more to go!

I don't know if I already posted but here is most up to date. From 186 and now 133. Not aiming for weightloss just trying to turn the jiggle to muscle. I have a few runs planned but my goal is the Tough Mudder in August

I am stuck and plateaued and kinda frustrated but that is WHY I joined mfp in the first place.... I took the time to look back and find some old photos and here, I will show you how far I have come and why I will NOT give up!

StartingW on mfp - - 162 (after a year and 3 months of a change in exercise habits that got me down my first 25lbs!)
CW - 157
Current measurements :
36 bust - 28 waist - 39.5 hips
GW - 137.
20 more lbs to go... just over halfway. hopefully I can stick er out and figure out how to get through my plateau.. I have been around 160-165 for the last 4-5 months.. blegh!

I am really not doing all that much. started doing Jillian's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism vid and it is helping with the toning. and LOTS of water and LOTS of sleep and LESS bad food! hahah
