    27th august last year just before having 3rd son and today lost 50lbs post birth so far or 34 the day after i had him just started 30 day shred. Cant wait to add shreded ones,

    Just hoping to inspire others as they did me before I started this program. I used to sit here and look at before and after pics...wishing it was me, but doing nothing to get there...then finally it clicked...along with this program and the support that comes with it.... for all, keep the hope, work hard,educate and always.... stay committed because it works! Good luck all... here to support anyone that needs it as for me my journey will never end....but i'm off to a great start!

    These are amazing! I went through something slightly similar, I lost 20lbs, and from Dec to now gained 10 back, I just joined mfp last week to try and finish out my goals! You are such an inspiration! P.S. You have fantastic abs!
