CALLING ALL MOTIVATED PEOPLE!!

Hi Guys,

I have been on this site for a couple of months but Have found it very hard to stay motivated... Now i have joined the gym and i have my induction tonight!!! I feel very positive about shedding this weight but i really need to find some people to motivate me though it.... please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Get that induction then make it habit to get to the gym - start easy then build on it.
