Hey MFP,

Are there any Martial Arts people out there?

I study Capoeira & Jeet Kune Do.

Interested to hear about other styles and in keeping with MFP. How people eat & train for their Martial Art.

Cool! I have been working at Capoeira for about 3 years and JKD for almost 2 years.
Both are great workouts and very challenging physically.
    Thanks for the reply!

Yep. Currently practicing Muay Thai. Did Kickboxing before, and TaeKwonDo way before that.

I find Muay Thai the most challenging, with the Kickboxing class a very close second (Obviously, the main difference is elbows and knees.)

The TKD classes I took would have constituted a good 'warm up' for my current ones... That varies by gym/dojo of course.

    There's a martial arts group here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/301-martial-arts-and-sport-fighting
