Yoga.
Begin in a seated mountain pose
Neck stretches
Prayer Pose
Arm stretches (Maybe limited mobility)
Bend your left elbow behind your head and down your back. Right arm behind and up your back. Clasp your hands
Shoulder stretches and rolls
Right hand on your hip. Stretch your left arm in the air (again, you might be limited for space)
A seated child's pose
Put your hands behind your thigh and lift and stretch
Cross your ankle over your lap and stretch your hip joints
Spinal Twists - using the seat, twist around
Finish in a seated childs pose0 -
If I'm not driving and the kids aren't screaming, I'm exercising my eyelids by keeping them closed as long as possible. We have a 5+ hour drive and the trip always messes up my kids' sleep patterns. I can't afford to be awake in the car when I don't absolutely have to be awake. LOL0
