Back pain

I've been doing the 30ds for the past 7 days alone w/ c25k (3 days into it so far) and Jillians Boost your metabolism. I'm doing really well w/ all of those and feel like I'm getting adequate exercise and food. Last night though, my back started killing me. It's right below my right shoulder blade. I iced it last night and took some ibuprofen which helped ease the pain a bit and let me sleep well. I went ahead and did the 30ds this morning, didn't notice any pain during the workout, but noticed the pain during stretching. I really don't want to quit exercising (actually, I refuse to), but I do need to deal with this. What are some ways to ease the pain?
