Belinda's December TEAM Challenge

December is just around the corner and that means it is time to start a new TEAM challenge. Here are the details.

Welcome to the second month of Belinda's Team Challenges.
Here are the basics...
1. Teams of 5 people (1 captain reports to me weekly on Sunday night)
2. Challenge will be exercise based --- I GIVE SPECIFIC EXERCISES TO DO 6 DAYS A WEEK (normally about 15-25 mins)
3. Team will earn BONUS points for weight lost
4. Special Bonus days will also be created to keep things fun and ever changing
5. Google Spreadsheet for tracking teams progress will be provided to the team captain
6. PICK A UNIQUE TEAM NAME!! -- December theme is Winter Holidays
7. I will post weekly with status updates and the exercise challenges for the following week

    Currently I will keep this as our main form of communication with the option of adding a group later.

    This will be the second month of this challenge and teams are made up of 5 people. It would be best if you can provide your own captain. If you would like to be a captain speak up I am sure you will find lots of people to fill your spots.

    -- We exercise 6 days a week with very specific workouts each day. Normally it goes in a rotation from legs, arms, abs and cardio. But might have something else in the mix. I try to keep it different from week to week. It does get harder as the month goes on. Most of the workouts are 10-25 mins depending on your ability level and the amount of time that you take. There is also a weekly group challenge that has been things such as water in take, fruits and veggies, calories burn, or many a different thing.

    I would love to continue but I've struggled to fit the exercises around my own exercise routine. Thank you so much for organising this and please keep me in mind for any other challenges you may do.

    i would love to go 4 it again 4 another month, i dont want to be a captain but would love to be on someones team, i workout every day and do the challenges everyday, i also do the extra challenges that are given. :bigsmile:

    Good deal! I know we will have four full teams so far. Tomorrow I will officially work of making all the teams and details.

    Belinda, I have a team member that had a ankle injury a while back and shouldn't do anything high impact yet. Are modifications OK?

    Modifications are totally acceptable as long as they are within close relation to the exercise
