Every Moment Hold A Choice

Rather than focus on a fitness level or a specific nutritional diet, I'm focusing on losing weight. I am 5'4" and ready to myself in thin form. I've maintained a decent fluctuating weight all my life between 140 and 130, but now I'm going under and need some support, tips and motivation to keep me moving. Other than learning self-restriction and building my self-discipline, my specific weight stats/goals are:

HW: 147
SW: 140
CW: 133

GW1: 130 (nails)
GW2: 125 (piercing)
GW3: 120 (tattoo)
UGW: 115 (retreat)
UGW2: 110 by April 2012 (photo shoot)

I'm happy to join this community and looking forward to new friends and transformation!
