Hi,
wondering if anyone has ideas for protein rich snacks or light meals. That do not involve buying specific protein powders and such?
Just need to add a bit of protein to by diet, not huge amounts. and don't really have a clue what to pick.

Cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, light hummus, greek yogurt...some of my favorites.0

I buy the cook from frozen fish like cod or salmon and grill with some stir fried veggies, tasty and low carb
A home made chicken and vegetable soup is good too, you can make a big pot and freeze in portions.0 -
Boiled eggs are cheap, easy, fast, low-calorie and protein/nutrient dense.0

almonds, greek yogurt, bacon, lentils, oatmeal, cheese, cottage cheese (mix it with fresh fruit), beef jerky, chicken, fish, egg whites, pasta, potatoes, pumpkin/sunflower seeds, brown rice, tofu (if you can stomach it), tuna fish, peanut butter, protein bars (for a snack).0
