Ok I just bought a new home gym. Its a golds gym XR 45. Ive never really done much weights, but I know I need to do this to help tone my muscles and continue to slim down. Does anyone have any hints or tips on how best to do my workouts successfully?

just make sure you are doing things correctly so you do not cause injures
  • You can go on line and print out exercises and events to do. In fact on the Gold's website might be a start. Hope you use it and it doesn't gather dust.

I have three strength training workouts they r named A, B, & C. each workout works a different muscle group if I did A today then A has two days of rest before I get back to it.....Must have rest after working out a group...Sometimes I skip the entire day, however stay in order with the three groups..Set the groups up to what muscle group u wish to work I also set it up so I can change the home gym around as little as possible.. These r my tips maybe they may help you....
