I have a two year old baby. Before I got pregnant, I weighed 135 and was in really good shape because I played volleyball. I am looking to get into better shape than I am since childbearing and other pesonal issues has caused me to gain much weight I really did not intend. I am going to find it difficult to change my eating habits and to get the motivation to start to exercise.

Welcome and good luck to you on your journey. I know all to well how having children and other life stresses can bring you down much quicker than you thought possible. I joined this site a year ago, and while I have had some setbacks, overall I have managed to keep off what I had lost. I am 46 pounds lighter with 20 more to go to reach my goal weight, and this site has been my lifesaver, motivator, and inspiration. I wish you the best, feel free to add me if you like!0
