Ripped in 30 week 1

Is anybody else at the same week than me?? So far so good, not too sore or tired, of course some exercises are to die! but they don't last much, so whew! I'm sure next weeks will be killers!

How are you guys dealing with thanksgiving day/dinner? i don't want to fail and eat too much! i have to keep strong!

    I just finished week 1 of Ripped in 30 - start week 2 tonight! I really like the variety in it and find the calorie burn to be pretty amazing for a 25 minute workout. There's a group of us (search in the Groups) doing it together and you're about the same place so you should join!

    I have prelogged most of what I know I'll eat tomorrow but also have the MFP app on my phone to make changes. I'm still sort of new to logging (only a few months in) and I don't want to get too out of control but still enjoy my favorites tomorrow. I find making somewhat of a plan helps and then I'll survey the damage the next day and figure out how hard I have to work over the weekend!
