- Feeling confident!
- Having support while losing weight from family, friends, and MFP!!
- Fitting into clothes again!!
- Having fun while shopping.
- Being able to run 3 miles regularly, having the ability to run up to 5 or 6 miles, and know I can do more if I push myself.
- Being able to cross my legs easily! HA!

I'm thankful for my BOYFRIENDDDD, who I love soooooooo much!
  • I am thankful for:

    1) Being at my healthiest. Since I dropped my 50+ lbs I am at my BMI of 24.6 and my stamina has increased dramatically on every aspect in my life.

    2) Being able to set an example for my loved ones. My wife is actually getting more aware about the stuff she eats, although she doesn't do a "diet" she is cutting back on portions and eating more during the day. I also hope to provide a great example to my 7 month old daughter on how you should eat properly.

    3) Not being a size 36 waist anymore and going back to my high school weight. Feels freaking awesome.

    4) Last but not least. I am thankful for having a loving family who supports me and God for giving me this opportunity to get back my life!

    Happy Thanksgiving!

Thankful for being able to walk from the far end of the parking lot and all through the mall without having to sit down every few minutes! For having energy to do what I want when I want and not having to plan for breaks and stops along the way to rest!!!!
