Hi guys

I'm from England and I'm looking for positive friends who can help me achieve my goals. I'm a single mother so apart from my amazing kids I don't really have a strong support group so would really like to find people who understand the highs and lows of weight loss.
I may not know a lot about calories and nutrition but I've got buckets of smiles and encouragement to share :bigsmile:

    Hey, i joined this site yesterday and am too from the UK **Waves hello from Warwickshire**

    I'm now attemoting (3rd time lucky) to loose 112lbs which i gained during 2 pregnancies and am now more determined then ever to fight the flab :D xx
