Ok, it's the week of Thanksgiving, and I've managed to eat a combined 3500 calories over recommendation over the past three days! What was I thinking?!?

So, this is a post to declare to myself and publicly that today is prep day. No desserts, and no seconds for dinner. And, don't forget to exercise!

    Awww, don't be so hard on yourself. If you overeat, the next day make better choices and just keep looking ahead. :-D

    As long as we are working out we should all be fine:) DRINKS LOTS WATER BEFORE DINNER! And dont starve yourself before dinner. Eat light and often. :)
