They look disgusting lol

  • You cannot spot reduce

Consistent calorie deficit. You lose fat from all over, just takes time

Weight training can help tone your muscles. Yoga works as well ... it won't tighten the skin back but it will tone the muscle underneath.

There's no such thing as 'toning"

Come help me on the farm for a few months. Lift bales of hay and straw, muck stalls, carry water buckets and wrestle baby horses for four hours a day seven days a week and your arms will look great!

Four sets of 300 reverse curls with 3 pound weights. I know every one is different, but it worked for me.

I suppose that's one way to stabilize triceps when performing that act.

A body starts in the kitchen. Eat healthy. Follow the food pyramid. Don't deprive yourself of anything, just work it into your daily calories. Moderation and portion control is the key. Cardio burns fat.

No, you can't spot reduce, but you can spot tone. If I can suggest some workouts to you that can help tone your arms, I would say try Tae Bo Ripped Extreme and Billy's Boot Camp Cardio Sculpt. Incorporate this workouts into your workout routine, you will not be disappointed. You can find them at Walmart, Target, Amazon, Collagevideo, etc.

You can video the workouts on Collagevideo.com
