I was thinking "the soldiers serving overseas so we can celebrate in peace at home" before I read that your husband is deployed. :flowerforyou:

:( sorry you have to be without him through the holidays. When will he be home?

I am thankful for my daughter, close friends and close family members...the ones that know me the best and love me just the same haha

I've also been so blessed with so many people in my life willing to lend a hand whenever I've needed it

I have many things to be thankful for, including the life of my little brother. The previous year held so many tragedies for my family that I am mostly thankful that he survived his heart attack and we did not lose anyone else this year. My family seems to be healthy this year. I pray for something that helps us fight the evil cancer epidemic.

There is so much to be thankful for....I am thankful for a God who loves me no matter what. I am thankful for my husband, we've had many ups and downs, and as the years go on we grow closer and more in love. He is hard working man who fiercely loves his family. I am thankful for my 3 sons, they may cause me aggravation from time to time, but they are mine! And they are growing into amazing young men! I am thankful for my friends, they are wonderful women who would drop everything on a dime to be with me if I needed them too. I am thankful for the beautiful community I live in and the kind and friendly people who live in it. We have struggled over the years, don't take vacations and often wonder how we will get by, but I am truly blessed and am thankful to recognize it!!

Thankful for many things this year! For my family all being together after my dad was deployed last year (many thanks to your husband for his service, by the way!) and all the adventures I have had with my fiance- he's made me want to be better at everything in life!

I'm thankful for my kids this year. 2 months ago a car drove through our apartment while we were home and destroyed 85% of what we owned but neither of my children were hurt so I'm more thank thankful I still have my little monsters

For Family - that's my wonderful, drive me crazy, make me laugh, loveable kids, who are trying to survive in this current economy. I'm thankful that for another year I can still see enough to function and haven't become totally blind. I'm thankful for the few friends that are still close, that are there in times of difficulty no matter their own issues.
I'm thankful that I've not had any major issue that has taken me away from my children, that my mother is still alive and doing well. I'm thankful to the new friend my mother has that is giving her a more positive outlook and helping her to get healthier.
I'm thankful that my cousin got his Trucking job back and is doing better with a brighter future ahead. (Now if I can just get him a gal so he can have his own family.)
I'm very thankful that we are still able to have a roof over our head and the utilities still on. I'm thankful that we've food enough to eat and for the stove I have now so I can bake/cook on a stove again after almost 4 years.

I hope that everyone has many blessings to be thankful for and the love of friends and family to warm them this Holiday Season.
