Cinnamon Bun Swap

Someone on here suggested to try putting cinnamon in fat free yogurt to kick a Cinnamon Bun(or Cinnabon) Craving. This has absoluteness worked for me. To me, those yoplait dessert yogurts are gross. So this is almost like making your own. I've even added in pumpkin puree or cocoa powder. All under 100 calories and taste so sinful. So Thank You Community!

    The yogurt I buy(store brand, fat free, vanilla) is 80 cals

    1/8 cup of pumpkin puree is 20 cals
    1/2 tblsp of hersheys cocoa powder is 5 cals
    cinnamon 0 cals
