They wrap you all up and put you on an elliptical. For like an hour. Of course you sweat like a monkey in heat, and magically, your measurements are all smaller. Until the next time you take a sip of water and swell back up like a dehydrated sponge!

I think the best part of this is that it looks like they are willing to do home parties. How exactly do you invite your friends to that? And walking into a gym or health spa and telling them about this product and how you would like to become their supplier? They'd laugh you out the door. But man oh man I wish it was that easy.0

My mother in law used to do these for people a few years ago. It would give an instant result, but it was not weight loss or permanent. FAD0
