Here is a Crustless Pumpkin Pie Recipe that is to die for!
15oz Can Libby's PURE pumpkin (Not the pumpkin pie mix)
3/4 cup egg white
3/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 splenda
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1 3/4 t pumpkin pie spice
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into well sprayed pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins. COOL COMPLETELY! (It's best if it can settle in the fridge overnight)
