how to log Chalean Extreme...

I have used the search engine to see if this has been asked before but there were quite a few different answers...

My question is how do you log each dvd? I have logged Circuit 2 under cardiovascular as strength training AND I logged Burn Intervals under cardiovascular as circuit training since that dvd has both cardio and strength...
Anyone actually compare it to a heart rate monitor for accuracy---because I don't have a heart rat monitor yet and I want to get it as close as possible.

    I did burn circuit 1 on Friday with a HRM and it was 223 kcals burned. I weigh 139lbs and am 5'4" if that helps!
