I met goal early!!

I had a goal to weigh 189 by Valentine's Day and I weighed last week at 190.4! This morning I stepped on the scales (although it wasn't my weigh-in day) and I weighed 188.6 !! So, I guess all the grumbling about not losing weight was just a little bit of "jumping the gun". I'll see how the next few days go before I call it official!!

    Good job!!
    I'm really hoping that this site will help me learn more about my body, now that I can see what the actual calorie intake is of everything. I'm not having a problem staying in the calorie limit but the protein limits I keep going over.
