Hatebreed. The most normal modern heavy band, whose lyrics actually motivate (me anyway)

I love listening to anything upbeat.

I love beyonce's Who Run The World (Girls) I swear that song gets me hyped up like no other! I listen to everything in general but find when working out, I like upbeat songs with alot of 'beat' :D Anywhere here is a list of just a few of my favorites:

Who Run The World (Girls) - Beyonce
    Super Bass- Nicki Minaj
    Buttons- PC Dolls
    Blow- Ke$ha
    E.T- Katy Perry
    Lolli Lolli- Three Six Mafia
All I Do Is Win- Dj Khaled
I Know You Want Me- Pitbull
    Break Your Heart- Taio Cruz
    S&M-Rihanna
    Party Rock Anthem- LMFAO
Sure Thing- Miguel (Not Upbeat But Pretty Awesome)
Bow Chica Wow Wow- Mike Posner
    Roll Up - Wiz Khalifa
  • Pitbull can motivate anyone! For sure.
  • bump! Would love for others to share their best songs too, since I put all mine out there ;)

I set Pandora to a dance mix. It's fast paced and keeps my energy up.
  • I have a best of Megadeth CD that I've listed too while lifting weights for the last year. The songs are the right pace for me and nothing gets me psyched more than the opening riff of Holy Wars when I want to exercise. I generally listed to heavier music so Megadeth helps me pace myself and not over do it.

When I'm doing cardio I'll do something even slower. Porcupine Tree's Voyage 34 and Pink Floyd's darkside of the moon seem to top that list.
