I have a best of Megadeth CD that I've listed too while lifting weights for the last year. The songs are the right pace for me and nothing gets me psyched more than the opening riff of Holy Wars when I want to exercise. I generally listed to heavier music so Megadeth helps me pace myself and not over do it.
When I'm doing cardio I'll do something even slower. Porcupine Tree's Voyage 34 and Pink Floyd's darkside of the moon seem to top that list.0 -
To add to the great songs everyone else has mentioned
- CSS "music is my hot hot sex"
- Basement Jaxx "Where's your head at"
- anything by Tiger Army
- millencolin "bullion"
- Greenday "she"0 -
My best workout music is green day, offspring, guns n roses, rja, sixx am, foo fighters plus a few random 'cheesy' songs that I won't admit to owning lol!0
