I really hate exercising! Because I think of it as spending hours at the gym! But tonight, what started out as putting up the Christmas tree, turned into some serious "playful" wrestling. I entered it into MFP just seeing if it really made that big of a deal. 10 minutes was 99 calories! We had fun, and I got physical lol. Sadly he got me on the ground more times then I got him on the ground. But it was a great way to burn some calories! I see round 2 happenig very soon lol.
