I was recently sent a supplement from one of my boyfriend's sponsors and was wondering if anybody else had used it and what they thought about it. Its commonly suggested for men and even women buy it at GNC to help with menopause. If you haven't heard of it before or used it personally, I definitely don't need attacks about how supplements shouldn't be used, I've lost nearly 20lbs without any, I know all the arguments :D I am just looking for people's experiences with it.

Link for main ingredient on wiki for those who have no idea what I am talking about!

I've tried Trib before and it made me very tired. That's just me, though.
