My review on 30 day shred

Well it is not a complete review, but I want to motivate others to start it.
I am now on day 2 of level 3. Imagine! I still have 8 days!! WOOHOO!
I wanted to start it around a month ago and stopped on day 7, but mann, I want to continue and dont stop!
I still have not weighted at all neither measures but let me tell you I was not eating the way I should, well days were like this and like that, and I am doing nothing but the 30 DS.
Level 1 - Its hard, specially since we all feel we are weak and everything giggles! the first 2 days HURT a lot, but it fades away. That is when you might think of giving up, but dont.!
Level 2 - Honestly IT WAS THE WORST. I was starting to worry when my workout time would come around. But I started to say to myself, once I am on circuit number 2 then one more and done! (each level has 3 circuits)
Level 3 - Its hard but muccccccccchh better than L2. I love it. I feel strong.
Difference, my tummy it tighter, and my thigh are strong! I still feel that my hands are week when I do plank poses but then again maybe because I have scoliosis.
Do not forget its only 24 minutes of your daytime - it's nothing!! But you do sweat and get tired. The ONLY disadvantage of it is that I have to wash my hair everyday

Thanks so much for the review. Would love to know your before and after measurements.
I'm on day 5 of level 2, and you're right, level 2 is horrible, but I'm sticking it out as it really makes me work hard, so must be doing some good, right?
I have lost inches I can tell, and am expecting great results. Only thing is, I shall be sad to leave this DVD and start another, but I think I'll do another of Jillians' as this was the first of hers I have tried.
She is tough, but she does what she promises, and that is getting results!0 -
isn't it brilliant I just finished. LOVED L3 time went so fast. had great results esp my obliques! now going to start six week six pack which is 30 mins a day can't wait ! starting Monday.
I think 30 DS is a great way to get back into it ifyou have had a break, like a holiday or soemthing, going to do it twice a year I think from now on. I am definitely a convert!0
