Too much sugars

My sugar count is always too high, but I am eating low GI fruits and low fat yoghurts but they still have lots of sugar, should I be worried about this?

I'm not a nutritional expert but i tend to count only the added sugars to products and not the ones that come from natual products like fruit. This way it helps to keep my sugars low...however despite this i tend to go over by 2 or 3 grams. I would say dont worry, as long as your not excessively over, constantly.0
