I saw something online that motivated the hell out of me! It said:

7000 jumping jacks = 1lb

I tried doing 7000 like an idiot but then realised how big that number is! :noway: Haha

So, I tried to split it up by doing 1000 every day = 1lb per week extra weight loss. :drinker:

I don't mean do them all at once. I find it pretty easy to just do 10 reps of 100 spread throughout the day.

Some might find it easier to do 5 reps of 200, or 20 reps of 50.

Even 500 a day (Which was my average) would make a difference.

I'm guessing jumping jacks are pretty decent since you have to use your entire body.

Anyway, what are your thoughts on this, good or bad?

P.S. I wasn't doing this anymore, since starting 'Insanity 60 day Challenge', but talking about it has made me want to do some again! <3

That sounds great...but I don't want to get all sweaty at work by doing 200 jumping jacks several times a day and I wouldn't want to traumatize my coworker by jumping with no sports bra on!!!!...lol......but I do try to do some squats at my desk throughout the day.
