can anyone please tell me where is the best place to buy a heart rate monitor .one that counts calories accurately burned whilst walking and on my wii fit ,do i need an expensive one or are the cheaper ones ok .i would greatly appreciate any help at all ,joanie

you can usually find some at REI or sports authority expect to pay at least 50 dollars for one with chest strap but you can get some cheaper if you like the ones that you wear like a watch.0

I got a Polar on Amazon that retails on the polar site for almost $100....I paid closer to $60. Amazon has lots of different ones at different price ranges. Mine is the FT4.....really basic and easy to use and it seems to be accurate as compared to the elliptical.0

They have some quite cheap ones in Tesco at the moment...just under £30 I think.0
