Ditto on the logging . Also try to exercise at some level 3 -4 times a week . Feel free to add me if you like.0

Definitely log everything you eat, you will be surprised how many calories you consume! Also work out at least three times a week, and if you have an off day don't sweat it... one day will not tip the scale, Also support helps!0
