Would like to make new friends on here that can help motivate me!
Everyone in work goes on about this site and thought i would give it a try!
Anybody got any tips ????

    Ditto on the logging . Also try to exercise at some level 3 -4 times a week . Feel free to add me if you like.

    Definitely log everything you eat, you will be surprised how many calories you consume! Also work out at least three times a week, and if you have an off day don't sweat it... one day will not tip the scale, Also support helps!
